Info: The God of the Sea and the ruler of everything underwater. He runs not just small cities and towns where fish people live but the great city of Atlantis as well. Their people have a big connection to the Kyōshin family because of previous ancestral relations and cross-breeding causing interesting mutations in children with special properties and abilities not natural to either race. The best definition of that would be Auxiliary and Sidia with their odd powers even for a Tenshi.
