A race of people born from the plants in the surrounding area and the spiritual energy of the natives. Most of the time these creatures are born in areas with a lot of forestation and happen to be near areas where magic is abundant. The amount of floating magic in the air it takes to creat a Kimei is so much that maybe one will be born every 40 or so years. (That is unless a God creates one for their own purpose)
